AFC and NFC CLASH

Written by MK

The last Saturday, the Jets played against the Patriots and took a 28-21 victory. The truth is that none expect the Jets to win the game. However, the Jets surprised with a stoic offensive, the outplaying of Mark Sanchez over Pats and his exalted QB Tom Brady and a combined strategic defense schemed by the Jets coach Rex Ryan keeping the Pats attack slow.

Facing the Steelers will be more difficult for the Jets. Even with their victory over the Steelers during week 15, trying to take another powerhouse team with a championship QB as Ben Roethlisberger is not easy task. The strategy used against the Pats might work as well but some variants are needed. Could be Sanchez the hope for the Jets to reach the Super Bowl after 42 years?

Both teams are going to give the best shots they can, and won’t hesitate to bring the big guns for this game; no risky decisions allowed. Besides Sanchez, New York have Antonio Cromartie and also will bring back Brad Smith, and Pittsburgh will bring Troy Polumalu and Heath Miller for Sunday’s game. The Duel will be starting at 6:30pm and broadcasted by CBS. On gambling notes, the point spread odds are -4 -110 for the Steelers and +4 -110 for the Jets.

At NFC championship side; the Green Bay Packers will be playing against the Chicago Bears at Soldiers Field. Both teams are rivals since ancient football times; when the head protections were made of leather.

The Packers bring the superhuman Aaron Rodgers, who has an extreme ability to elude the rushing and keeping it cool. The Bears are fast, especially at the front lines. However, Rodgers has the skills to break apart the Bears wall. The offensive of the Bears has improved and they reached this point of the season, but; could they pass over the Packers defense?

The Bears will play at home; so they will have a huge advantage. Matt Forte and Jay Cutler will be keys in the offensive, but the bears will be focusing on the defense. This game will be violent, the Packers will be merciless and they will hit hard. For the task, Bears will bring Julius Peppers and Anthony Adams to do the cleaning work.
The Clash between these old rivals will be solved on the Soldiers field at 3pm and will be broadcasted by FOX. The point spread for these too are -3.5 -110 for the Packers and +3.5 -110 for the Bears.
